I don;t feel like you know your place well enough. I know you know how much of a loser you are. I remind you that you that your life sucks. You chose this for yourself. I want you to make a day of making this really sink in. You need a full day of humili ation. You need to be conditioned. You need to feel like the biggest POS that you are.
You have some rules to follow. You will be naked all day. Should you choose to wear clothes, it will be ONLY lingerie. God help you if you need to answer the door, better have a teddy handy!
You will have a FEMALE name all day. I will assign this to you.
Every hour you will need to dri nk a huge glass of water. There’s one thing about that though…it’s not going to be water from the tap.
I have a whole list of things planned for you. You had better follow all of my rules. I will make you hate yourself, everything about yourself, and even hate the things you used to love. You will humili ate yourself, degrade yourself, deprive yourself, and plug your holes.
