Our company is very important to us. I started this from the ground up starting from nowhere. We have always had a policy of finding people that needed second chances and not being judgemental. The problem with this policy is sometimes you get little delinquent assholes who don’t appreciate an opportunity when it comes their way. I hate firing people, so long ago I came up with the idea that maybe some of these individuals who were broken in their “cry me a river” childhood still needed a parent. Now I know it’s inappropriate to hit your employees but I am trying to give them a second chance. I never use the hardship I went through in my childhood as an excuse therefore I do not let my employees. In fact I use the my hardship to shape my employees. Sometimes a spanking is just the right thing to do and a manipulated sexual act puts somebody in place and that’s what I’m going to do to Joey today.
Today I have to deal with my new assistant Joey. I recently got Joey from the Summer People Academy and they told me he was a refined individual who was trustworthy.
