Eighteen-year-old Foster Candidate, Elsa Jean, has had a rough childhood, and now that she’s of age, she’s finally found her Forever Home. We’ve warned her new Foster Parents, India Summer, and her husband, that Elsa has some social issues and will need to be re-introduced to the world as an adult woman.
