that inner critical voice that’s always chatting in your head, from the moment you wake to the moment you go to bed. it’s always saying negative things about you and bringing you down and it is right. it says everything i say about you but the difference is you can choose to turn me off but the voice in your head you cannot. that inner critical voice is always saying you are useless, a failure, no one likes you and you shouldn’t even try and it’s right isn’t it. the only way to stop the voice is to go to bed or get so tipsy you pass out but you can’t be tipsy 24/7, can you? when you are in bed tonight and that inner critical voice starts chatting, saying terrible things about you i want you to imagine it’s me in your head, it’s my voice talking and it’s my words you are hearing. it may help you somewhat or not at all.
