Lora Cross is training for her 'strong woman' power lifting competition and she's decided to really increase her training with her overhead press, squat and deadlift. It's deadlift day and Lora decides to go for a new max and really load up the bar...with every single weight plate she can find.
Lora struggles, grunts and strains trying to pull the weight off the ground. She tried over hand grip, switch grip, alternating grip...straddling the bar. The bar won't move...but Lora won't give up as she gets more and more aggressive with moving the bar.
The camera pans around to her straining face, biceps, abs, glutes and thighs as her perfectly toned muscle definition shines in the sunlight more and more as she works up a sweat!
