Lift & Carry with Doctor Lora - October 02, 2020

Dr. Lora has a very special case today. Her patient is a very strong man who is concerned that he has lost his strength. Dr. Cross is meeting him at her house today to minimize the COVID transfer possibility.
Dr. Cross has no weights at her house to test his strength with so she suggests that he just lift her straight overhead for 20 seconds, then in a cradle carry for 20 seconds and then in a bear hug for 20 seconds. She has him repeat this a couple of times just to test his muscle endurance as well as strength.
He passes with flying colors and at great heights 
