Lora has recently lost her match and ruined her undefeated workout. Her coach is NOT HAPPY at all about it. In order to motivate Lora to work harder in the ring, she decides that she needs to work harder in her workouts.

Instead of their normal hour long strength training circuit, her coach designs an HOUR LONG high intensity circuit with NO BREAKS. She even turns the heater up and tells Lora that she isn’t allowed to stop or slow down during the whole hour.

As the sweat pours down Lora’s face and body, stings her eyes and makes the gym floor slippery, she doesn’t stop or quit until the hour is done. Trust me, she’s never going to let a loss happen again!
