It’s a simple workout! Each minute on the minute you do 5 deadlift and then +1 toes to bar and +1 pull up
Minute 1: 5 deadlift, 1 pull up, 1 toe to bar
Minute 2: 5 deadlift, 2 pull up, 2 toe to bar
Minute 3: 5 deadlift, 3 pull up, 3 toe to bar…
Until you can’t complete the reps that minute. Your score is Rounds completed + reps completed in your last round
