Lora blasts through her arm and ab workout in 4 sets of 10 push ups and 25 v-ups as she sweats and glistens in the summer sun.
Her triceps and lats contract showing all of her back and arm muscles as she does her push ups and then as she flips over and does her v-ups, you can see her full 6 pack as she stretches and points her toes flexing every ab and leg muscle.
Lora finishes with a static ‘frog stretch’ to open up those tight hips!!
