TRAINING GONE WRONG - November 13, 2021

Adara and Courtney are in the gm and Adara is excited to have Courtney come work out with her and train her as she tells Courtney they will start with sit ups. The girls start the exercise doing sit ups and going to plank but Courtney can't take the workout or Adara seriously and wedgies Adara in the plank position. Adara tells Courtney to stop as she tries to move on with the work out, but Courtney doesn't stop she keep giving Adara wedgies and laughing. Adara is tired of it and wedgies Courtney back and the girls wedgie fight instead of working out. The yoga pants come off and Adara continues to try to fight off Courtney, the wedgies, and the embarrassment from her friend.
