WHITNEY'S KICKING CLASS - September 03, 2023

Today in the dojo, Whitney Morgan has a special kicking lesson planned for the class. Whitney is ready to show and teach you all the kicks she uses in karate. Starting off easy, Whitney teaches you a front kick, demonstrating the kicks and then having you do some. Whitney goes from front kick to side kick, high kicks, roundhouse kicks, and even some combinations as she demonstrates each of them for you. This class is vital to karate and once Whitney thinks you have it she will set you up to spar.
