Energy Freedom Technique is a healing modality that helps the body heal from trauma somatically.

This is a simple act of tapping on meridian points.

The body is a computer in that if you tap in a specific pattern you can actually reprogram your mind the same way you could use Control, AlT delete on your computer.

Be sure to have some water before you start, When tapping for a specific experience you want to first rate the stress of said experience between 1 and 10, 10 being the most intense. You will then do the same thing after you have tapped.

Signs you have cleared the trauma/experience : Yawning, sneezing, the nose itching... these are all signs that the experience has been cleared.

You can repeat as much as possible, I would do before bed versus at the beginning of the day so that your body can alchemize the energies. you WILL be tired after clearing this energy from your body.
