NECK STRETCHING
My neck is sore sometimes. However I found that these simple stretching exercises do the trick. I simply pull my long swan neck to one side, then to the other side and finally backwards. My long, towering neck gets tired but I move it around a couple times a day and it gets much better. I even love the way my neck looks in the bright light, simply erotic neck workout!
