Welcome back to my self defense adventures! It's handy to use anything you have to your advantage, but your best tools in any self defense scenario are the ones you already have. Ever been cornered and harassed by a stranger standing too close to your personal space bubble? Use your hands, but specifically your palms to push back as quickly as you can, then step back quicker than the enemy could react. Next - use your knees to your advantage and finally stretch those muscly legs! Legs, especially if regularly trained, can reach higher and further than your arms. Do not hesitate, push back, defend your position and distract the enemy before you aim for ballbusting those testicles and finally run away!
