For the breathing intervals, could you start around 30-40 seconds and just increase them from there, lately I always seem to struggle around the minute and ten second mark, but I know I can do better. I think a minute and 30 is my max for now, but I feel like w/ proper training, I can go even longer. A few times I'd lasted closer to two minutes, but lately it's been very hard, and I can't really seem to even make it close. Ms. I trust you, could you do whatever you think is best for it?
